Can I add new contacts to and edit an active campaign?
When the campaign is launched, you can’t add new contacts and edit its actions. However, our team plans to add such functionality to Dooozen in future releases.
Still, you can add and eliminate contacts, edit, delete and add new actions when the campaign is drafted.
You can also exclude contacts from your active campaign. To find contacts in your active campaign, go to the list of campaigns, choose the active campaigns, find and press the button “Contacts” on the campaign’s dashboard.
A campaign becomes active immediately after you launch it on Dooozen.
